Amfanin jimai ga maaurata
amfanin jima'i ga lafiyar ma'aurata. Hakika Allah
(S.W.A.) yasa albarka a cikin rayuwar aure. Toh
albishirinku ma'aurata da matasa masu shirin
zama anguna da amare. Aure nada muhimmanci
sosai ga rayuwar 'dan adam. Aure sunnar
Annabin muce (S.A.W.), ibadane, more
rayuwane, kwanciyar hankaline, mutumcin 'dan
adam da kuma kariya. Wadannan abubuwa da
muka zayyana akwai hanyoyin da akebi na
Musulunci domin a cimma nasarar samun su a
cikin aure, haka kuma bayanin kowanensu na
bukatar sharhi mai fadi na ilimi. Don haka sai
anemi bayanan malaman sunnah. Adaidai
wannan wurin, zamu takaita kan mu wajen
bayanai akan amfanin jima'i ga lafiya: ma'ana-
abunda zaka iya moruwa dashi na lafiya da
jima'i ke amfanarwa. Ko shakka babu, fahimtar
wannan mas'ala zai iya baka damar sanin
hanyar halas da zaka iya magance wasu
matsalolin lafiya ta hanyar saduwa da iyalinka.
Haka kuma, zaya sanya ka cikin mamaki da
fahimtar rahamar Allah madaukakin Sarki
akanka. Daga cikin wannan abubuwa da jima'i
ke maganinsu sun hada: rage hawan-jini (BP),
rage wahala, karfafa garkuwar jiki, gyara maniyyi
da sauransu.
1. RAGE HAWAN-JINI :
Abisa wasu bayanai masu inganci da muka
tattaro na wasu masana kimiyya, yin jima'i
tsakanin ma'aurata na taimakawa wajen rage
hawan-jini a lokacin da yake hauhawa.
2. HUCE WAHALA:
Idan maigida ya dawo aiki ya shawo wahalar
aikin ofis, ta kasuwa ko wata wahala mai wuyar
gaske kuma ya naso ya huta, toh sai yayi
wanka, yaci abinci, ya kuma sha ruwa ko lemu,
sa'annan ya sadu da iyalinsa. Ko shakka babu
zai samu wani irin hutu da bacci mai dadi da
kuma
debe wahala. Jima'i na rage 'stress' da
'pressure' sosai.
3. KARFAFA GARKUWAR JIKI:
Binciken wasu masana kimiyya ya nuna cewa,
mutane (magidanta) masu yin jima'i akai-akai
sunfi yawan sinadarin "antibody" a cikin jikinsu
fiye da wanda basu yin jima'i kamar yawan
nasu. Shi dai wannan sinadari amfaninsa shine
kare jikin 'dan adam daga cututtuka (germs,
viruses and other intruders) masu kai farmaki a
cikin jiki su cutar da lafiya- wato garkuwane ga
jikin 'dan adam . Toh saidai yana da kyau
mutum ya yawaita cin abincin dazai kara masa
lafiyar jima'i kamar yanda muka bayyana a can

cikakkiya lafiya da ni'ima.
4. GYARA MANIYYI:
Mutum mai saduwa da iyalinsa akai-akai, ilimi
ya nuna cewa maniyyinsa na kara inganci da
lafiya. Zaya samu sabon maniyyi ya zubda
tsohon maniyyi. Hakan zai iya taimakawa sosai
wajen saurin samun juna biyu ga iyalinsa. Haka
kuma, sabunta saduwa da uwargida na kara
mata sha'awa da ni'imar ruwa (vaginal
lubrication) domin saduwa da maigida cikin
sauki da santsi. Wannan rahotone daga wata
mai ilimi akan kiwon lafiya (Assistant clinical
professor of obstetrics and gynecology at
Northwestern University's Feinberg School of
Medicine in Chicago).
5. RAGE CIWO:
Jima'i na rage radadin ciwo kamar irin na ciwon
jiki ko na baya da sauransu. A lokacin da mutum
yayi inzali, jikinsa na samarda wani irin sinadari
(hormone oxytocin), wannan sinadari yana
taimakawa sosai wajen samarda wani sinadarin
kuma (endorphins) wanda keda tasiri kamar na
maganin "aspirin" da "panadol" (pain relievers)
masu rage zafin ciwo. Jima'i magani me mai
karfi na ciwo. Idan mutum yanaso ya gane
gaskiyar wannan zance, a lokacin da yake jin
wani ciwo a jikinsa, ya saurara yaji idan akwai
ciwon lokacin yake kawowa (inzali).
6. GYARA ZUCIYA:
Masana kimiyya sun bayyana jima'i a matsayin
wani nau'in motsa-jiki (exercise). Motsa jiki
nada muhimmanci sosai ga lafiyar mutum. Yana
gyara lafiyar zuciyar 'dan adam da kuma kare ta
daga cututtuka masu kai farmaki. Yana sanya
gudanar jini a zuciya da sauran jiki yanda ya
kamata domin samun cikakkiyar lafiya.
7. RAGE KIBA:
Yawan jima'i nasa rama. Kada mu manta da
cewa jima'i wani nau'i ne na motsa-jiki.Yana
kone sinadaran kuzari (calories) wanda
taruwarsu da yawa a jiki ba tare da amfani dasu
ba ke jaza kiba (weight gain). Jima'i na tsawon
rabin awa na kone/amfani da kimanin 75 ko 150
na
sinadarin. Anyi kiyasin cewa mutum na kone
sinadarin
kimanin 129 yayinda yake tafiya a kasa tsawon
rabin awa.Yawan kiba nada illa sosai ga lafiya.
Yana haddasa ciwuka kamar na zuciya, ciwon
suga da ciwon kafafu ko gabbai. Toh masu kiba
ga wata dama ta samu - Jima'i hanyace ta rage
kiba.
8. GYARA FATA:
Fata tayi kyau da kala mai kyau mai alamun
lafiya.
9. GYARA MAFITSARA:
Yana gyara lafiyar mafitsarar mata domin rike
fitsari da sauransu dai mutakaita.
Wadannan bayanai da suka gabata basa yin
nuni cewa mutum ya yawaita yin jima'i da
iyalansa. Yawan yin jima'i na iya sanya mutum
ya tsotse ya kuma rasa wasu sinadarai masu
muhimmanci a jikinsa. Nemi Karin bayani daga

Faidar da zogale ta kunsa ajikin dan adam
AMFANIN ZOGALE GA JIKIN 'DAN
ADAM
Zogale
(Moringa oleifera) itaciya ce mai ban mamaki
dangane
da amfaninta ga lafiyar 'dan adam. Allah
(S.W.T.) yasa albarka da waraka ga
wannan itaciya. Zogale abinci ne mai romon
sinadaran lafiya a bayan kasa, baza'a iya kwatanta
shiba da sauran ganyaye ta fuskar amfaninsa ga
lafiyar 'dan adam. Wannan dalili yasa wasu ke
kiransa da suna ITACIYAR RAYUWA ( The tree of
life). Ganyen zogale na kunshe da romon
sinadari mai yawa na VITAMIN A (wanda ke
karama idanun 'dan adam lafiya da gani) fiye da
VITAMIN A dake cikin karas har sau 4. Ganyen
zogale haka kuma yana da sinadari mai yawa na
CALCIUM (mai sanya qashi da hakoran 'dan
adam kwari da lafiya) fiye da yawan na cikin
madara linki 4. Yana da sinadarin
VITAMIN C (wanda ke karfafa garkuwar jikin 'dan
adam domin fada da cututtuka masu kai farmaki
ga lafiyar mutum),
yanada wannan sinadarin mai yawa fiye da irin

Amfanin zaitun dangane da lafiyar dan adam, da kuma magani.
Amfanin Man-Zaitun ga Lafiya ( a
takaice)
Man-zaitun ( Olive oil/ Olea europea ) wani irin
nau'in mai ne da ake samarwa daga 'ya'yan
itaciyar zaitun (Olive tree). Ana amfani dashi
wajen girki, gyaran fata, magani, hada sabullai da
kuma man-fitila ( a gargajiyance). Man-zaitun ana
amfani dashi a 'kasashen duniya da dama,
musamman kasar Spain, France (Faransa), Italy,
Greece (kasar Girka), Syria, Lebanon, Egypt,
Libya,Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco da sauransu. Toh
amma kasashen da suka fi yawan amfani dashi
sune Portugal, Spain, Italy da Greece. Daga
shekara ta 2000 zuwa ta 2009, kasashe 3 da suka
fi yawan samar dashi sune: 1. Spain 2. Italy 3.
Greece. Kasar Syria itace ta 4 , sai mai-bimata
kasar Tunisia, a matsayin ta 5.
Sabili da muhimmancin itaciyar zaitun, Allah
Madaukakin sarki, Mai -halittu ya ambace ta a
cikin Al-Qur'ani Maigirma - Surat At- Tin da Surat
An- Nur.
Man-zaitun nada amfanin sosai ga lafiyar 'dan
adam. Binciken ilimin kimiyya ya nuna cewa yana
da amfani kamar haka:
1. Yana 'karfafa garkuwar jiki ( domin yaki da
kwayar cutar biras, bacteriya, fangas (fighting
virus, bacteria, fungus etc.) da sauransu.
Wadannan cututtuka suke haddasa matsalolin
lafiya da dama, kamar irinsu ciwon-anta, tetanus
da cin-ruwa.
2. Yana da sinadarai masu bada kariya daga
kamuwa da ciwon daji (rich in antioxidant
subtances).
3. Kariya daga cututtukan zuciya - yana rage
yawan sinadarin kolestirol (reducing high
cholesterol) wanda idan yayi yawa a cikin jini yake
da illa ga zuciya.
4. Rage hawan jini (reducing high blood
pressure).
5. Taimako ga masu ciwon-suga (helping diabetic
patients).
6. Kariya daga ciwon jiki (sanyin jiki) dana gabobi
(anti-rheumatism & arthritis).
7. Inganta lafiyar zuciya (improving heart's
function esp. to older people whose hearts are
weak due to aging) musamman ga tsofaffi wanda
zuciyar su ta fara rauni wajen aiki saboda tsufa.
Yana gyara zuciya da quruciya.
8. Kariya daga ciwon daji dake shagar fata
( protection from skin cancer).
9. Inganta lafiyar qashi. (improving bone health).
10. Inganta lafiyar kwalwa wajen koyon wani abu
kamar karatu ko rike karatun, musamman ga
manya (improving cognitive function) da
sauransu.
Ana iya amfani da man-zaitun kamar haka:
~ Asha cikin babban cokali sau 2 a rana - safe da
rana, cokali daya a kowane lokacin.
~ Ayi girki dashi a matsayin man girki ko a zuba
cikin abinci bayan girki.
~ Manshafawa kamar sauran man amfani na jiki.
~ Giris ga ma'aurata (sex lubricant). Bugu da kari,
zai kuma bada kariya daga cututtuka.
~ Ciwon-kunne, digo 2 ko 3 na man a cikin
kunne.
~ Da sauran wasu hanyoyin na inganta lafiya.

Ciwon sugar da illolinsa
Gabatarwa: Jikin 'dan adam na bukatar wani irin
nau'in sinadarin suga (glucose) dake cikin jini
domin aiwatar da wasu daga cikin manya-manyan
ayyukan da suka shafi lafiyar jikin. Suga (glucose)
na bayarda kuzari (energy) ga jikin 'dan adam
wanda ake bukata wajen narkarda abinci da kuma
rayuwar 'kananan halittun da suka tattaru yawa
sukayi ginin jikin 'dan adam ko halittarsa tamkar
bululluka [tubali] (cells). Wannan sugan 'glucose'
shine makamashin dake bawa jikin 'dan adam
kuzari domin rayuwa. Kuma ana samun sa ne
daga abincin da muke ci - wato nau'in abinci mai
samarda kuzari (carbohydrate), kamar irinsu gero,
dawa, masara ,shinkafa da sauransu. Kwalwa
(brain), wayoyi ko hanyoyin sadarwar kwalwa a jiki
(nerves) da kuma wasu jajayen halittun jini
( developing red blood cells) , duk kaninsu suna
amfani da wannan makamashi (glucose) domin
samun rayuwa.
Ciwon-suga (diabetes) cutace wadda suga
(glucose) dake cikin jini yake haurawa sama -
wato suga yayi yawa a cikin jini. Yawansa nada
illa ga lafiya. Dalilin yawansa na faruwa ne sabili
da jikin mutum baya samarda da wani sinadarin
kemical mai suna 'insulin' ( = type 1 diabetes) , ko
jikin ne baya amfani da 'insulin' yadda ake so, ko
kuma ma jikin baya samar da 'insulin' da kyau
[wato isasshe] ( = type 2 diabetes). Idan har babu
'insulin' tofa sugan 'glucose' zai cigaba da taruwa
da yawa cikin jini har yayi illa ga lafiya. Sinadarin
'insulin' (a hormone), saifar 'dan adam ce ke
samar dashi (pancreas). Amfanin sinadarin
'insulin' shine daukar sugan 'glucose' dake cikin
jinin zuwa cikin 'kananan halittun da sukayi ginin
jikin 'dan adam (cells) domin samun kuzari gare
su da cigaban rayuwa. Idan babu 'insulin' ko baya
aiki yanda ake bukata to suga fa zai cigaba da
taruwa cikin jini yayi yawa har ya haddasa
munanan matsaloli ga lafiya. Sugan zai iya yin illa
ga idanu, koda, wasu jijiyoyin jini da kuma
wayoyi/hanyoyin sadarwar kwalwa a jiki. Ciwon-
suga zai iya haddasa cutar zuciya, mutuwar
sashen jiki koma ya jaza yanke kafar marar-
lafiyar. Idan ciwon yayi 'karami zai iya haddasa
matsalar 'kashi da gabobi, matsalar fata, matsalar
narkewar abinci, rashin karfin mazakuta, matsalar
hakora da dasashi. 'Type 2 diabetes' ,wato nau'in
ciwon-suga na 2 da mukayi bayani (wanda jiki
baya amfani da 'insulin' yadda ya dace) shine
nau'in ciwon-suga da yafi yawa ga mutane da
dama fiye da nau'in ciwon-suga na 1: 'type 1
diabetes' (wanda mu kace jiki baya samarda da

Ciwon-suga Nau'i na 1 (type 1 diabetes

• Yawan jin kishirwa sosai

da matasa da irin wannan nau'in ciwon-suga
(Juvenile diabetes/Insulin-dependent diabetes)duk
dadai cewa zai iya shafar mutane a kowani

• Yawan jin kishirwa sosai

• Raguwar nauyin mutum ba tare da mutum yayi

• Bushewar fata, kaikayin fata
• Mutum yaji kamar ba kafarsa ba ko jin tsira a

Yin awon jini a asibiti ko wata ingantacciyar
cibiyar lafiya zai iya nuna maka ko kana da ciwon
suga ko kuma akasin haka. Motsa-jiki (exercise),
rage nauyin jiki yanda ya dace dace da koyarwar
cikon lafiya, da kuma kula da tsarin cin abinci
daya dace da ciwon lafiya, ko shakka babu , zasu
taimaka sosai wajen shawo matsalolin lafiya na
ciwon-suga. Cututtukan saifa, magunguna,
kemikals, kamuwa da wasu cututtukan da gado
daga mahaifan mutum na daga cikin dalilin da
ake alakantawa da suke haddasa ciwon-suga.

Amfanin naa naa
Na'a-na'a [Peppermint/mentha piperita or mint]
wata shuka ce mai albarka da ake amfani da ita a
matsayin maganin gargajiya. Ganyen na'a-na'a
kore ne, kamshin ta nada karfi, tana da kamshi
mai dadin gaske da filebo mai sanyaya rai. Na'a-
na'a nada sinadarin 'minti' ( wato 'menthol') mai
sanyaya rai da lafiyar jikin dan adam. Akanyi
amfani da na'a na'a wajen sarrafa wasu kayan
amfanin gida da muke siya na yau da kullum,
wato kayan amfani da muke siya a kasuwa kamar
irinsu makilin (toothpaste), sabullai (soaps), man-
shafawa (creams and vaselines), cingam (chewing
gum), sinadarin wanke baki (mouthwash) ,
magungunan shafawa (ointments), da sauransu ,
saboda kamshinta da amfaninta ga jikin dan
adam.
Bincike ya nuna cewa, shukar na'a-na'a dai ta
samune asali ta hanyar auren-shuka , wato auren
shuka mai suna 'watermint' da turanci da kuma
wata shukar mai suna 'spearmint'. Bincike ya nuna
cewa na'a na'a tazo ne daga kasashen turawa da
larabawa. Mutanen wadannan kasashen da muka
ambata kanyi amfani da ganyen na'a-na'a cikin
abinci da kuma wajen shayi, a matsayin ganyen-
shayi (tea leaves) haka kuma, akwai man -na'a
na'a ( peppermint oil) da ruwanta (peppermint
water) a kasuwa domin amfani na daban-daban.
Bincike ya nuna cewa na'a-na'a nada amfani da
yawa ga lafiyar dan adam. Wasu daga cikin
amfaninta ga jikin mutum sune:
1. Tana magance matsalar bacin-ciki da rashin
fitar bahaya maisa tsugunni
a bayi.
(Ayi shayin na'a-na'a ko azuba manta cikin shayi
marar madara.)

3. Maganin tuka
4. Maganin gudawa
5. Maganin mura da tari [da kuma mura mai
damun makoshi - wato 'sore throat']
(ayi amfani da man na'a-na'a ko ganyen , a tafasa
ganyen ayi shayi marar madara
, haka kuma, za'a iya amfani da man na'a-na'a
cikin ruwan zafi, ayi turiri,
a lullube da mayafi).
6. Maganin ciwon-kai ( a shafa manta wajen da
kai ke ciwo).
7. Maganin ciwon-jiki ( a shafa manta ga jijiyoyin
jiki dake ciwo
ko wajen dake damunka da ciwo, zata sanyaya,
insha Allahu).
8. Maganin ciwon-hakori (ayi amfani da man na'a-
na'a da auduga,
a diga man ga auduga , sa'annan a lika ga hakori
mai ciwon).

10. Korar sauro ( a shafa man na'a-na'a ga jiki -
hannuwa da kafafu , sauro zai gujesu)
11. Kashe tsutsar ciki
12. Taimakawa hanta wajen aiki
13. Rage yawan damuwa
- tana sanyaya rai da hana damuwa
( a tafasa ganyen
na'a-na'a ayi shayi, ko manta a zuba cikin kofin
shayi , safe da yamma).
14. Tana taimakawa kwalwa wajen rike karatu da
kaifin fahimta (ayi shayi da ganyen na'a-na'a a
rinka sha da zuma).
15. Tana sanya girki yayi kamshi - filebo ( ayi
amfani da ganyen wajen girki).
Hakan zai taimaka wajen son cin abincin
(appetite), musamman ga wanda
baya son cin abinci.
16. Tana maganin ciwon-ciki , musamman ga
mata masu matsalolin al'ada.
