Amfanin bishiyar ɗorawa

Bishiyar ɗorawa (Moringa oleifera) tana daga cikin tsirrai mafi amfani a fannin magani da abinci, shi yasa ake kiran ta “wonder tree” ko “tree of life”.

Amfanin ɗorawa

  1. Ganyenta:

    • Na daɗa ƙarfin jiki saboda sinadaran vitamin A, C, E, calcium, iron, potassium da protein da suke ciki.
    • Yana taimakawa wajen ƙara jini (anti-anemia).
    • Yana ƙara ƙarfin garkuwar jiki.
    • Ana amfani da shi wajen rage sikari a jini (diabetes).
    • Yana taimaka wajen rage kiba da gyara cholesterol.
  2. ’Ya’yanta (ƙwaya / tsaba):

    • Ana cin ƙwayar ɗorawa don wanke jini da kawar da datti daga jiki.
    • Ana amfani da su wajen tsarkake ruwa (domin tsaba na ɗorawa na iya tace datti a ruwa).
  3. Man ɗorawa (Moringa oil):

    • Ana amfani da shi wajen gyaran fata da gashi.
    • Yana da sinadarai masu kashe ƙwayoyin cuta da kumburi.
  4. Bawon bishiya:

    • A gargajiya, ana amfani da shi wajen maganin ciwon hakori, ciwon ciki, da raunuka.
  5. Ƙara ƙarfin mazakuta da haihuwa:

    • Wasu bincike ya nuna moringa na iya ƙara yawan maniyyi (sperm count) da ingancinsa.
    • A mata kuma, yana taimakawa wajen daidaita al’ada (menstrual cycle) da rage zafin ciki.
