Amfanin Aduwa

Amfanin bishiyar aduwa

1. ’Ya’yan aduwa (ɗanyen ’ya’yan itacen):

Ana ci don ƙara ƙarfi a jiki, yana ƙunshe da carbohydrate da vitamin.

Ana amfani da shi wajen rage ciwon suga (diabetes) da gyara hanta.



2. Man tsaba (oil):

Ana fitar da mai daga tsabar aduwa, ana amfani da shi wajen girki ko shafawa.

Yana taimakawa wajen rage ciwon fata da kumburi.

A gargajiya ana shafawa wajen maganin ciwon gaɓoɓi da ciwon baya.



3. Bawon bishiya:

Ana tafasa shi a sha don maganin zazzabi, ciwon ciki, da cutar hanta.

Yana da sinadarai masu kashe ƙwayoyin cuta (antimicrobial).



4. Ganye:

Ana amfani da su wajen maganin raunuka da kumburi a fata.

A wasu yankuna, ana amfani da ganyen wajen ciyar da shanu saboda sinadaran abinci da suke ciki.



5. Ƙarfafa jima’i da haihuwa:

A gargajiya, ana amfani da ruwan bawon ko tsabar aduwa wajen ƙara ƙarfin mazakuta.

Wasu suna haɗa shi da madara ko zuma domin ƙara maniyyi (sperm count).



6. Tsarkake ruwa:

Kamar yadda ake yi da moringa, tsabar aduwa ma na iya taimakawa wajen tace datti daga ruwa.
