🌿 Amfanin Sabara
1. Ƙara ƙarfi da jiki – ’Ya’yan sabara suna ba da kuzari saboda su na ɗauke da bitamin, musamman Vitamin C da Vitamin B-complex.
2. Ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki – Saboda wadataccen Vitamin C, tana taimakawa wajen kare jiki daga cututtuka da mura.
3. Taimakawa narkewar abinci – Ana amfani da ganyen sabara wajen magance ƙwannafi da kumburin ciki.
4. Maganin mura da tari – ’Ya’yan sabara da ganyenta suna taimakawa wajen sauƙaƙe tari da ciwon makogwaro.
5. Tsaftar fata – Ana amfani da garin ganyen sabara wajen wanke fata, domin tana da sinadarai masu kashe ƙwayoyin cuta.
6. Maganin ciwon jini (diabetes) – Wasu bincike sun nuna cewa sabara na rage yawan sugar a jini idan aka sha a’auni.
7. Ƙara lafiya ga ƙashi da hakora – Saboda yawan calcium da ma’adanai, tana taimakawa ƙarfafa ƙashi.
8. Maganin ciwon ciki da basir – A gargajiya, ana yin amfani da ruwan ganyen sabara ko ’ya’yan sabara wajen rage ciwon ciki da basir.

Yin amfani da ita fiye da kima na iya kawo zawo.
Masu ciki da masu shayarwa su yi shawara da likita kafin amfani da ita a matsayin magani.
Kana so in kawo maka hanyoyin da ake amfani da sabara a gargajiya (irin yadda ake dafa ko hada ita da wasu ganye), ko kawai amfanin ta gaba ɗaya kake so?
